So…. its been a while since my last post. Okay, ‘a while’ might be an understatement. The date on the last post was January 16th, that is just unacceptable. In an effort to continue on this crazy venture and finish something I’ve started, I am tuning up the engine and take this blog for a long overdue spin.

Lots of things have changed since January 16th. I find myself habitating in a new place despite the fact I still officially reside in Sugarhouse. I have a (fairly) new companion that I adore and I partially blame for the neglect of this blog. He is a very good distraction. I have a new path in life toward the same goal, although this new approach may be better suited to my personality. I am still cooking but with a different perspective. And yes, I am being cryptic on purpose. I will reveal more details about these new developments but ya gotta keep reading to find them out! For those of you in more constant contact with me you probably know all of the new things buzzing around in my life, but hopefully you come back for the food and cooking content.

So here’s to dusting off the ‘ol food blog and finishing what I started. Hopefully there won’t be anymore distractions. :)
